How a custom project moves
Each stage creates a decision point, helping reduce ambiguity before production and keeping commercial, product and packaging requirements aligned.
Send a drawing, reference image, sample or concise description.
We review material, structure, finish, quantity and packaging needs.
The proposed route is costed and a prototype is coordinated if required.
Construction and presentation are confirmed before volume production.
Production follows the agreed specification with in-process checks.
Final checks, protective packaging and export delivery are coordinated.
Commercial essentials
These are working guidelines for custom acrylic projects. Final terms are confirmed against the design, material, quantity and packaging specification.
Typical custom acrylic projects start from 100 units. Lower-volume trials may be possible for selected constructions, while injection-moulded or custom-colour projects generally require higher quantities.
Yes. For a straightforward acrylic project, factory sample production typically takes 3–7 days after drawing approval; this is not a UK or EU delivery time. Hardware or magnet sourcing can add time, while new injection tooling follows a separate mould and trial process. Courier transit and sample costs are confirmed after the destination, parcel and product route are known.
A sketch, reference image or physical sample is enough to begin. Production-ready acrylic files can be supplied in AI, CDR or PDF; tooling projects may require STP or IGS files.
Dimensions, material thickness, colour, print, logo placement, fittings, inserts and packaging can all be reviewed around the intended product and market.
Bulk lead time is confirmed after sample approval and quantity review. Timing depends on construction, finishing, packaging and the current production schedule.
Yes. Standard protective packaging and custom printed formats are available. Printed packaging has a separate MOQ, so existing pack formats are often more economical for trial orders.
Standard first-order terms are 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, subject to the final quotation and contracting entity.
Projects are checked against the approved sample and specification, with material, in-process, finished-product and packing checks used as appropriate. Any nonconformity is reviewed with supporting evidence and an agreed remedy.
Manufacturing visibility
Real production evidence matters more than broad claims. The work shown below is carried out by our long-term manufacturing partner in Zhejiang.
